Summary

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you are the driving force behind the growth of LISI Medical’s market presence and revenue within your assigned territory. Your primary mission is to aggressively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, while maximizing sales of all Precera Medical service offerings. You are a true “sales hunter”—skilled at prospecting, networking, and closing deals with new clients, while strategically expanding existing accounts.

You are the key point of contact for all commercial activities, from generating and negotiating quotes to winning contracts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prospect Relentlessly
    :
    Identify and target high-potential customers and projects using data analysis, market intelligence, and proactive outreach (networking, cold calls, trade shows, digital channels, etc.).
  • Lead Generation
    :
    Consistently generate and qualify leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on new logo acquisition and market expansion.
  • Opportunity Management
    :
    Develop and execute strategic business development plans for your territory, with clear goals and measurable outcomes, tracked in Salesforce.
  • Quote & Close
    :
    Own the end-to-end quotations process—manage RFQs, coordinate with LISI plants, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Drive opportunities through the pipeline to contract signature.
  • Sales Target Achievement
    :
    Take full responsibility for achieving (and exceeding) territory revenue and growth targets by securing new accounts and expanding share‑of‑wallet with existing clients.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Strategic Engagement
    :
    Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers at target accounts to uncover new opportunities and influence buying decisions.
  • Account Penetration
    :
    Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings and business reviews to identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and strengthen Precera Medical's position as a preferred partner.
  • Issue Resolution
    :
    Act as the customer advocate—monitor satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and elevate critical concerns to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Market Mapping
    :
    Maintain a comprehensive CRM database with up‑to‑date information on customers, prospects, competitors, and market trends.
  • Competitive Analysis
    :
    Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, gathering intelligence to anticipate threats and identify new growth opportunities.
