• Understand the importance of following Media Supply Rules
• Some understanding of Ferris State University structures and resources
• Knowledge of software:
  Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects – and/or DaVinci Resolve for Media Supply
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work scheduled shifts from 8am- 4:45PM
• Ability to troubleshoot situations and procedures to guarantee great outcomes
• Check equipment in and out
• Ensure all equipment is working properly
• Scan all equipment and keys that are being checked in and out
• Check inventory weekly
• Being the best part of our customers' day
• Continuous growth of your craft and industry trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Familiar with the Television and Digital Media equipment
