Summary of Position:The Academic Advising Student Office Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of ongoing initiatives for the Department of Academic Advising by assisting with daily operations, communication, and ongoing projects. The Student Office Assistant must also uphold strict confidentiality, as they may have access to sensitive student information.
Position Requirements :- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Confidentiality is required at all times due to the sensitive nature of the position
- Access to some student records requires FERPA training
