• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, address team performance, monitor safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
