As a Receptionist/Client Service Professional at a H&R Block franchise, you’ll greet clients, answer phones, and help connect clients with the right tax professional. The role is seasonal and focuses on delivering friendly, personalized service and building client relationships.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled
• Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
