Service Technician

We have several openings for automotive techs at all skill levels. If you have a level 3 diesel rating from Dodge, the starting pay rate is over $40 per hour. We offer competitive pay scales, benefits, and will pay for relocation. We NEVER run out of work. We encourage all technicians at any level to contact us. We pay for factory training.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $ per year

Number of hires for this role: 2 to 4

• Aim for 100% productivity and strive to maintain it.
• Use factory specifications as the standard for all repairs, service, and customization work.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both external and internal, offering dependable vehicle service.
• Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager.
• Complete repair work within the allotted time. Set goals, develop skills, and continually increase efficiency.
• Submit your request for parts as soon as the requirements for a job are determined.
• Keep the service writer or service manager informed of any additional work needed or delays in estimated completion times so customers receive up-to-date information.
• Assist the service writer as needed to write work orders, conduct test rides, interact with customers, or ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work area and help keep the shop organized.
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed and filed after each job.
• Keep your technical qualifications current by completing required training programs.
• Ensure the vehicle is cleaner after the job is completed than when it was dropped off.
• Perform thorough and complete work to reduce return repairs. If a vehicle needs to be returned for additional work, complete it quickly, correctly, and cheerfully.

• Experience: Automotive Technician, 2 years (Preferred)
