Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Full-Time, Permanent at a privately owned 119-bed skilled nursing home and rehabilitation center.

Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM | Weekly

Hours:

40 | Pay Rate: $31/hr – $35/hr | Facility:
Privately Owned Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (119-bed SNF)

• Therapy is truly valued in a 119-bed skilled nursing home with a dedicated short‑term stay hall.
• Owner is the administrator; long‑standing staff have been with the owner for over 20 years.
• Recently remodeled, redecorated rehab gym and large outdoor patio for full autonomy of the outdoor area.
• Population primarily geriatric with more middle‑aged residents; 3 full‑time therapists with 25+ years of experience.

• Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy services under supervision.
• Support residents in achieving functional independence and improved quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document treatments and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Engage residents in both indoor and outdoor therapeutic activities.

• Valid Texas OTA license.
• 6 months of OTA experience required.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
