Qualifications- Must be Registered Dietician (RD) / Licensed Dietician (LD) with the State Of Texas.
- Min 1 year experience required.
- Complete nutritional assessments, provide consultations, education, and other nutritional services as assigned.
- Analyse patients’ health status, goals, dietary restrictions and track dietary intake and progress.
- Consult with patients, families, and treatment team regarding nutrition needs.
- Complete electronic medical record documentation.
- Provide nutrition information to Food Service Director/Managers.
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies.
- Excellent facility with a strong & collaborative team.
- Stable shift with stable weekly hours.
- Fast and smooth onboarding process.
