RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

• Provide care to Cardiovascular Intensive Care patients utilizing the Nursing Process

• Hold shift accountability for patient care delivery

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in care planning

• Anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care

• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience

• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel

• Follow state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures
