QualificationsRequires a high school diploma or GED, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support certification is mandatory within 90 days of start. No prior experience necessary.
Skills & AttributesStrong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, cultural competence, adaptability, and team collaboration skills. Ability to evaluate patient needs, develop treatment strategies, and document effectively. Willingness to mentor, participate in professional development, and uphold safety and quality standards.
