We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to medically fragile children and adolescents in their homes. The position is available for both full‑time and part‑time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Location:

Big Spring, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $75,000

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
