The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. They are knowledgeable in all product areas, uphold store policies, and promote merchandise to create a unique customer experience. The role includes assisting customers during peak periods, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting inventory and daily operations.

• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the customer service manual, helping customers as they enter and serving multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise, using product knowledge guides.
• Set personal sales goals, track overall sales, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Follow all company policies and procedures from operations, personnel, visual, and customer service manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations: complete work lists, clean-up lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
• Use presenting merchandise techniques to promote and sell goods.
• Identify and communicate merchandise, pricing, and operational needs to management.
• Attend all staff meetings and technology clinics.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring accurate internal controls and reporting fraud risks.

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks unprompted.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.
