QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI's.
• Must be able to work in diverse climate conditions.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• This position is physical and regularly requires employees to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to follow directions and focus on tasks at hand.

DESCRIPTION OF

JOB DUTIES:

Candidate will assist technicians and in the shop. You will be trained in the area of HVAC and inventory management. Assist in the shop with cleaning, organizing, keeping a clean shop. Will assist with preparing and stocking trucks for upcoming jobs. Will travel locally with technicians to assist with preventative maintenance and repair jobs. Will be trained and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Will be trained to perform tasks at high professional standard. You will be asked to participate in ALL company-sponsored training classes. Completes all other duties as assigned.

This position is designed with the goal of training and promoting individuals to become certified HVAC Technicians. We will train the right individual in the trade of HVAC.
