Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a clean water civils and pipeline project across the Anglian Water region. The role will involve managing site-based operations delivering clean water infrastructure works including mains replacement, pipe laying, excavations, reinstatement, and associated civils works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating daily site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme, and maintaining strong client-facing communication with Anglian Water and wider project stakeholders. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership on live water infrastructure environments.

• SMSTS/SSSTS
• EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene)
• Safety Critical Medical
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in clean water, utilities, or infrastructure civils
• IT Literate

• NRSWA (Streetworks)
• Experience in pipeline installation / mains laying
