Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

We’re looking for an organised Customer Services Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders for a busy Biggleswade business. This is a varied role where you’ll keep customers informed and help work move smoothly through the team.

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Preparing estimates and quotations, including revisions and follow-up.
• Processing orders and checking details for accuracy.
• Coordinating jobs with the operational team and updating customers on progress.
• Maintaining records using internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Supporting the wider customer service team with day-to-day administration.

• At least three years’ experience in customer service and administration.
• Experience preparing quotations or estimates and processing orders.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
• Confidence managing several priorities in a busy environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• A professional telephone manner and a willingness to learn new systems.
