We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Sandy, supporting a vibrant community of 175 young people aged 2-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers Support pupils with a range of severe and complex learning difficulties Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities Foster positive behaviour, independence, and confidence among pupils Implement personalised learning strategies and sensory-based approaches Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
