Full-Time, Long-Term About the Role Destination Education is seeking a committed and confident Year 4 Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Brentwood . This full-time role is ideal for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality lessons and supporting pupils as they continue their learning journey. The school has a strong community ethos, supportive leadership, and a clear focus on pupil achievement and wellbeing.

You will take full responsibility for the Year 4 class, working closely with teaching assistants and year group colleagues to ensure pupils make consistent academic and personal progress.

Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum. Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders. Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents evenings and staff meetings.

Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or equivalent. Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally in Key Stage
2. Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
