Printing Company – Gamlingay / Sandy – £12.21 per hour standard rate – £18.21 per hour Overtime – Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 3.30pm

We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a well established printing company based in the Gamlingay and Sandy area. This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, routine, and being part of a close knit team.

This role would suit candidates with experience in manufacturing, print, factory work, or other production based roles. Skills from positions such as machine operative, print assistant, factory operative, warehouse production staff, or manufacturing operative can transfer well into this role.

• Support day to day production operations within the printing environment
• Assist with mixing inks and preparing materials for print runs
• Operate and monitor production machinery following instructions
• Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
• Work closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment
• Comfortable working with machinery and following set processes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday to Friday daytime hours
• Good attention to detail and a practical approach to work
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role

• Experience mixing inks or working within print production
• Background in printing, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial settings
• Experience as a production operative, machine operator, print operative, or factory worker
