The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established and respected engineering manufacturing company. You’ll work on the fabrication of stainless-steel processing equipment, using a range of welding and fabrication techniques in a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
 
* Perform TIG and Synergic MIG welding on stainless steel.
 
* Read and interpret technical engineering drawings with accuracy.
 
* Use fabrication and sheet metal machinery, understanding tolerances and bend allowances.
 
* Work both independently and as part of a team in the workshop or on-site.
 
* Follow strict Health & Safety and quality control procedures.
What You’ll Need
Must-Haves:
 
* Proven experience in welding and fabrication, particularly with stainless steel.
 
* Ability to confidently read and work from engineering drawings.
 
* Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery.
 
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude.
Nice to Have:
 
* City & Guilds qualification or recognised welding/fabrication apprenticeship.
