Applicants must have existing authorisation to work in the UK.## The Development Technician is an R&D role, responsible for assisting the development of new and existing products to meet Tier 1 customer brief requirements. Responsibilities include supporting the development of new concepts, lab application, supporting pilot plant and product quality improvement initiatives in alignment with Solina’s commitment to excellence and long-term value creation.##

* Interest in food development
* Exhibit strong team working skills
* Self-starter who demonstrates initiative the ability to work effectively under pressure, with strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and developing team capability
* Growth mind set and the ability to learn and develop
* ** Current Driving license**
