Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Operator / Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Biggleswade.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced injection moulding professional looking to join a growing and well-established manufacturing environment.

As an Injection Moulding Operator / Setter, you will be responsible for setting and operating injection moulding machinery, ensuring production runs efficiently and products meet the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting and operating injection moulding machines

• Carrying out mould and tool changes

• Setting machine parameters and ensuring correct production conditions

• Monitoring production runs and making adjustments where required

• Troubleshooting moulding and production issues

• Carrying out quality checks throughout production

• Working to production targets and deadlines

• Completing relevant production and quality documentation

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

• Following all company Health & Safety and quality procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter / Operator

• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes

• Experience with mould/tool changes and machine setting

• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment

• A strong understanding of quality and production standards

• Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic

• £33,000 - £40,000 per annum
