Position:
Part‑time. Salary: £12.60 per hour. Contract type:
Permanent. Contracted hours: 24 per week.

We’re currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands‑on role, you’ll take the lead on grooming appointments, delivering high‑quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You’ll be interacting with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must. As a Stylist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring pets look great and feel great.

We’ll support your growth with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and additional skill‑based pay enhancements.

Lead grooming appointments, deliver high‑quality grooms, maintain a welcoming environment, ensure pet safety and comfort, uphold grooming standards, and collaborate with the team to meet client expectations.

• Experienced, qualified and confident centrales aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed‑specific styling and finishing
• Hold a grooming qualification
• Customer‑focused, friendly and professional
• Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across the week (minimum hours per week with potential for more during busy periods)
• Team oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Goal driven, with experience in target‑led environments (preferred, but not essential)

• Attractive rates of pay plus commission, subject to targets
• 28 days paid annual leave (incl. 8 bank holidays); rises to 33 days after 2 years
