Full Time Sales Consultant – Biggleswade, Baldock, Ashwell & Royston BranchesPrimarily based in Royston this important team role is to carry out all sales activities within the branch including dealing directly with clients, carrying out accompanied viewings of client properties and negotiating and agreeing sales. The successful candidate will be smart in appearance and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will have competent IT skills, excellent inter-personal skills, and thrive in a team environment.
Some experience in estate agency is essential. Candidates must have a full driving license and their own car. Basic salary of £25,000 and On Target Earnings of £40,000 p.a. for the ideal candidate.
