Hours

Full and part time available between 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday.

Role Summary

As a warehouse Operative, you will help contribute to the day‑to‑day running of our Outbound shift. You will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are met, maximising efficiency and quality. You will also ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and that all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly. Our ideal warehouse operative is a strong communicator who works well both individually and within a team environment.

Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to develop within the role are essential, and a basic understanding of English is required to comply with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, and packing orders.
  • Operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
  • Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Follow company procedures, ensuring that best practices are observed and that safe systems of work are being followed at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous logistics experience an advantage.
  • A focused and motivated individual with a desire to progress and develop.
  • Embraces change and finds new ways of doing things.
  • A keen eye for detail and a sound understanding of right‑first‑time quality.
  • Strong communication skills with a mature and professional approach.
  • A flexible attitude to working hours.
