for Warehouse Operatives.

Temp to Perm opportunities for the ideal candidates

Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:

DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £12.89 to £21.27ph Weekends: £14.83 p/h

BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £14.83 to £21.27ph Weekends: £16.77 p/h

NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from £16.12 to £21.27ph Weekends: £18.06p/h

Fixed O/T Rate: £19.33p/h Weekends: £21.27 p/h over 37.5hrs per week.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

You will be working in both departments, ambient & chilled (Freezer tbc)
Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%
Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
