Location: Sandy, SG19

Hours: Mon-Fri, NIGHTS 22:00-06:00

Salary: £13.75 per hour + holiday pay throughout your 2-week training period

£14.75 per hour + holiday pay once training has been successfully completed

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Chargehand to oversee our client's warehouse operations in Sandy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring all staff are trained and comply with safety standards.
• Oversee a production, quality and inventory management.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance and productivity of the warehouse team.
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines!
• Available to work over the weekends when necessary
