Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based at KALRA DENTAL CARE in Bikaner. The Associate Dentist will perform routine examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and provide treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care. Responsibilities include creating and explaining treatment plans, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role involves collaborating with other clinical and support staff, contributing to patient education on oral hygiene, and participating in the overall improvement of clinical processes and patient experience.

The Associate Dentist is expected to stay updated with current dental practices and uphold the clinic’s standards of professionalism and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Recognized dental degree (BDS or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with valid registration/license to practice dentistry as per local regulations.
Clinical proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including diagnostics, restorative treatments, endodontic therapy, and basic oral surgery.
Strong knowledge of infection control standards, sterilization protocols, and patient safety practices in a clinical setting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
Ability to manage time efficiently, handle a steady patient flow, and maintain accurate, clear clinical documentation.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, including learning new techniques and attending relevant trainings or workshops.
Prior experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting is preferred but motivated early-career dentists are also encouraged to apply.
