Entegris in Billerica, MA is seeking a Capital Equipment Engineering Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season. This 6‑month assignment provides hands‑on engineering and commissioning support for capital equipment projects.
You'll work with Equipment Engineering to ensure timely delivery of new equipment for product development and manufacturing, and prepare process documentation for launches and validations. Eligible candidates must be enrolled full-time students, available 40 hours/week January–June,
