Director, Finance Operations

** THE ROLE
**** This role will be based onsite in Billerica, MA.
** Entegris is seeking a Finance Director to support our Global Supply Chain and Quality (GOSCQ) organization within our new Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This pivotal new hire will be a Divisional Finance leader, responsible for driving business performance improvements for the GOSCQ organization for the Advanced Purity Solutions division. This role will be reporting directly to the VP Finance GOSCQ, and partner with the VP GOSCQ Division, as well as be a key partner to the Advanced Purity Solutions Finance team.

This position will play an instrumental role in delivering on the financial goals and strategy of the GOSCQ organization and will be a key member of the finance organization.
* Lead activities developing financial acumen across GOSCQ organization
* Ensure full adherence of financial processes to internal policies, and promote implementation of new policies where/when needed
** WHAT WE SEEK
*** Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or highly related field (Graduate Degree desired)
* Experience in the advanced manufacturing or technology industries, ideally with a public company
* Experience managing teams structured in multiple locations; global experience is desirable
* Proficient, to advanced, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP BPC and/or One Stream a plus
* Proficient knowledge of Power

BI is a plus
* Excellent communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly and concisely communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners
* A highly collaborative individual capable of working effectively with global colleagues with diverse experiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to challenge the status quo and offer actionable ideas
* A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic global environment
* Able to navigate organizational matrix to influence decisions

10+ years experience with track record of increasing responsibilities in Operations or Supply Chain Finance, Business Unit Finance, or other financial leadership roles

* Compensation: $170,000 - $230,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
