Nashoba Learning Group (NLG) is a non-profit educational organization serving individuals with autism through our Day School and Adult Programs. We are committed to evidence-based, compassionate practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and centered on dignity, trust, and respect.

Our Adult Services program supports individuals ages 22+ in developing life skills, communication, and independence. Clinical Leaders are at the heart of this mission, guiding small teams of staff and learners through individualized programming that promotes autonomy, confidence, and quality of life.
Experienced BCBA / Supervising Clinician Role SummaryThe BCBA Supervising Clinician provides clinical leadership and oversight within NLG’s Adult Services program. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who enjoys mentoring clinicians, guiding complex cases, and maintaining high clinical standards—without an overwhelming caseload.
You’ll work closely with the Adult Services Program Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure ethical, effective, and dignified supports for the adults we serve.
What Experienced BCBA / Supervising Clinician Does- Provide clinical oversight for adult members, including assessments, plan development, and data-based decision making
- Supervise and mentor 4–8 clinical staff, including BCBAs-in-training and RBTs
- Design and oversee function-based behavior support plans aligned with DDS regulations
- Monitor data, review graphs, and update treatment plans as needed
- Lead internal clinics (minimum one half-day per group, monthly)
- Provide crisis support and collaborate with SOLVE / Behavior Council as needed
- Attend ISP meetings, peer reviews, and Human Rights Committee meetings
- Deliver staff training, coaching, and professional development
Ensure dignity, safety, and regulatory compliance across all services.
Experienced BCBA / Supervising Clinician Qualifications- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification (3–4+ years preferred)
- Massachusetts LABA license
- Demonstrated clinical experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass CORI/SORI and background checks
