Join Home Matters Caregiving – Greater Boston West as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Attendant. We provide support from companionship to end‑of‑life hospice care, and we’re committed to training, resources, and professional growth for our caregivers.

Pay: $18.00/hr – $21.00/hr.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and ensure holdings proper nutrition.
• Provide medication reminders and documentation.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities.
• Provide specialized support for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members regarding client needs and progress.

• At least 6 months experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Successful background check.
• Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Experience or training in dementia care is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on client needs.
