Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a dependable, organized Home Health Aide with office skills to support clients and assist our home care office team.

If you enjoy helping seniors, communicating with people, and keeping things organized, we want to hear from you.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, daily routines, and companionship.

• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as directed.

• Follow each client's care plan and report changes or concerns.

• Complete accurate visit notes and support client safety and independence.

Office Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

• Support scheduling, applicant follow-up, and onboarding tasks.

• Communicate with caregivers and office staff.

• Help the team manage daily administrative needs.

• Home Health Aide certification and caregiving experience preferred.

• Basic computer, email, and data entry skills.

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Comfortable handling phone calls and balancing multiple responsibilities.

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.

• Reliable transportation to client homes.

• Ability to protect confidential client and employee information.
