Job SummaryIn this position, you will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing the application of technology to business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Support. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define strategic capability roadmaps and develop and implement applications that optimize processes and drive revenue generation. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to bridge technology and process effectively.
WhatYou Will Do
- Serve as a trusted technology leader providing guidance, consultation, and influence on business strategy related to technology solutions for Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Support.
- Develop the IT Strategy and maintain a technology roadmap which supports business needs, business requests, and IT delivery functions, ensuring successful adoption across functional areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Service, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of revenue-generating applications.
- Partner with business leaders to shape their strategies regarding technology solution implementations and product adoption into an aligned IT strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends / emerging technologies in Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Support spaces and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Understand and analyze business processes within the Sales, Marketing, Service and Customer Support spaces, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of and other related commercial applications (i.e., CRM Service, Pricing, Marketing Technologies), ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of revenue generating applications, making data-driven decisions to optimize their usage and functionality.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure delivery of high-quality IT services.
- Develop and manage the IT budget for commercial functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value-add.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT systems and processes.
- Ensure that IT systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably within commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of CRM, SFDC, Pricing, Marketing Technologies, and other commercial IT systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget management and vendor relations.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.
- Experience in a global or multi-national organization.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant areas.
- Experience operating in a global environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

- Compensation: $180,000-$240,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
