Junior UX Architect​/Designer​/Developer

• 3-5 years of UX experience
• College degree or equivalent
• Efficient in creating wireframes, interaction flows, and clickable prototypes for web and mobile experiences;
  Axure experience highly desirable
• Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills, both spoken and written. Utilizes graphic design tools and PowerPoint to develop presentations and templates that tell a story about UX research and work
• Experience with user task analysis and personas
• Familiar with information architecture techniques used to structure digital information
• Experience planning, coordinating, and conducting usability tests to ensure product’s ease of use (preferred, but not required)
• Demonstrated experience working as a member of a geographically dispersed team

• Assist in the development of UX enhancements to existing websites and for future projects (web, mobile)
• Understand business and software requirements and projects, and identify user tasks
• Assist in designing and running usability tests using User Testing platform
• Create wireframes, interaction models, and clickable prototypes
• Develop PowerPoint presentations about UX activities and deliverables
