LEI Corporation is expanding, and we’re building a high-performing team at our new Billerica location. We’re hiring an Account Manager to own client relationships, oversee service delivery, and support day-to-day operations across both landscape and snow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems quickly, and can balance customer expectations with real-world operational demands.
What You’ll Be Doing- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial landscape and snow accounts
- Conduct regular site visits to assess conditions, identify needs, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to LEI standards
- Support snow operations, including storm preparation, site readiness, event check-ins, and post-storm reporting
- Maintain accurate service notes, documentation, budgets, and seasonal plans
- Communicate proactively with clients to address concerns, set expectations, and build long-term relationships
- Partner with the Billerica leadership team to help grow and shape this new branch
- Experience in commercial landscaping, snow operations, property management, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple sites, schedules, and priorities at once
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of accounts
- A problem-solver who can move quickly, especially during weather events
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in wherever needed
