We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage and execute the receipt, storage, distribution, and shipping of Lexington Medical products. This is a full-time temporary position with potential to convert to a regular full-time role. The hours for this position are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.

• Pick, stage, and deliver parts for production orders
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Maintain First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management for both raw materials and finished goods
• Receive incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition; record transactions in the MRP system
• Document and report any damaged materials or quantity discrepancies
• Deliver received parts to proper storage locations
• Pull devices from finished goods to fulfill customer orders
• Pack customer orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in other departments as necessary

• Ability to manipulate small parts
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, and carry
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred; regulated industry experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math, computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• ERP and/or MRP system experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience operating material handling equipment a plus
