LEI is opening a new branch in Billerica, and we’re putting together solid mowing and landscape maintenance crews. We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Crew Foremen who can run a crew, keep jobs moving, and take pride in clean, professional properties.

This role is hands-on. You’ll be in the field every day, leading from the front.

• Lead a maintenance crew through daily mowing and landscape work

• Run commercial equipment like zero-turn and stand-on mowers, trimmers, and blowers

• Keep jobs on schedule and make sure properties are completed to LEI standards

• Train and guide crew members on proper techniques and safety

• Handle daily equipment checks and basic upkeep

• Communicate with your supervisor about progress, issues, or equipment needs

• Support winter operations, including plowing, shoveling, and cleanup during snow season

• Experience running a mowing or landscape maintenance crew

• Someone who leads by example and keeps the crew productive

• Comfortable operating all commercial landscape equipment

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a small team

• Takes pride in quality work and well-maintained properties
