• Prepare and cook menu items to specification in a high-volume restaurant
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Assist with plate presentation and order accuracy
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet quality and timing goals
• Follow recipes, portion control, and allergen handling requirements

• Previous line cook or back-of-house kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible availability including weekends
