Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Assistant managers have additional responsibilities including managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to the General Manager and the restaurant management team.

The restaurant is a system of departments—Guest Service, Kitchen, People—each requiring oversight. Assistant Manager(s) and General Manager are responsible for training, delegating, and ensuring each department meets service, quality, and production standards.

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

Positive team player with flexible scheduling. Must be 18+ years old. Must be able to work in a famously fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Starting at $45k‑$55k, plus up to $400 monthly bonus.
