Guest Service Associate – 3rd Shift – Alltown

We are looking to add a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to our family. Our GSA will be responsible for driving top‑notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store‑level tasks, from cash handling to housekeeping. • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store‑operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies, ensuring in‑stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor‑related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas‑tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Physical ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Perform duties in a timely manner.
• Accurate counting, reading, and writing skills for required paperwork.
