This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Hampshire County, MA. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities include leading a team, managing staffing and scheduling, implementing retail strategies, driving sales performance, monitoring inventory, and maintaining operational excellence. The role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service and implementing policies for growth and efficiency.

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team and engage with customers.
• Proven experience in Store Management and facilitating smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and ability to maintain security and minimize risks.
• Ability to build and lead a collaborative team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Previous retail or hospitality management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
