Job DescriptionMaintenance and Facilities Tech
Location:
Dedham, Peabody, Danvers, Billerica
Type:
Full-Time
- Maintain and repair exterior and interior of building and grounds of each TILL program site
- Purchase materials for repairs
- Knowledgeable in appliance repair
- Transport furnishings and materials to program sites
- Handle renovations for program expansion
- Obtain estimates when specialty contractors are required for buildings, e.g., licensed electrician, snow removal, and garbage pick-up
- Do other special projects as determined by the Director of Facilities
- Supervise and schedule heating maintenance
- Assist with clearing of snow as needed
- Valid driver’s license and car required
- Experience in property repair and maintenance necessary
- Must be physically able to do a variety of manual labor assigned
