Night shift Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Night shift Administrator to join our Maintenance division on a fixed‑term contract. This role is key to ensuring seamless overnight operations, providing essential administrative support and being the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Billericay

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off rotation, 6:30 pm – 6:30 am

Contract Type: Fixed Term with potential to become permanent

Salary: Competitive

• Act as the first line of support for enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain and update operational systems, raising issues where escalation is required.
• Provide real‑time support to field teams during operational hours.
• Monitor inboxes, triage requests, and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflows.
• Raise Health & Safety reports and ensure compliance at all times.
• Take ownership of allocated projects, supporting audits, data reporting, and wider business initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to support both planned and reactive operational needs.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Confident using MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams).
• Organised, results‑focused, and resilient under pressure.
• A collaborative team player who can work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in client liaison and handling operational queries.

• Knowledge of project/programme management.
• Experience in Winter & Grounds Maintenance contract management.
