Senior Estimator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Estimator role located in Billericay. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing and managing cost estimates for projects, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders. Daily tasks include developing detailed cost breakdowns, assessing project risks, and ensuring accuracy in pricing to contribute to successful project bidding and execution. Effective collaboration with procurement teams, contractors, and suppliers is a key aspect of this role.

• Strong skills in Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, and Proposal Preparation
• Experience with Risk Analysis, Project Budgeting, and Financial Forecasting
• Proficiency in Construction Software and Tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
• Solid understanding of Contract Management, Vendor Negotiation, and Procurement Processes
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder collaboration
• Relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
