A well-established, employee-owned Building Services consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join its growing design team.

With over 35 years in the industry, the business has built a strong reputation across mission-critical, commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare and data centre sectors. Upcoming projects include major pharmaceutical facilities and large-scale data centre developments, offering the opportunity to work on technically challenging schemes alongside experienced MEP engineers.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience producing and coordinating MEP models within a Building Services environment and be confident working directly with engineering teams to deliver high-quality Revit models and drawings.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' Revit MEP experience within Building Services
Strong MEP modelling and coordination skills
Experience working alongside Mechanical and Electrical design engineers
Ability to produce accurate, coordinated models and technical drawings
Knowledge of BIM processes and project coordination
