Description

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Audit Senior to join our expanding team. As an Audit Senior, you will lead audit assignments, ensuring compliance with standards while building strong client relationships. This role requires an approachable and professional individual who understands client needs and delivers exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audit assignments from planning to completion, maintaining high standards.
  • Ensure audit files are well-organized and contain all necessary documentation.
  • Analyze accounting data, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Address client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate client files and audits.
  • Prepare and review client documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize best practices and leverage technology to drive efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA).
  • Experience supervising and coaching junior staff.
  • Knowledge of firm services, advice issues, regulation, and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
  • Understanding of current economic and market trends.
