Position: Social Media Manager (Permanent, Part Time)
Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Medical Aesthetics / Private Healthcare) Part-time
· 2–3 days per week, fully On-site
£30-£40K Pro rata/2-3 days per week

A leading medically led private clinic is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own and elevate its digital presence.
This role suits someone who understands clinical professionalism, patient trust, and the unique demands of regulated healthcare marketing.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social platforms, ensuring everything produced is polished, compliant, and reflective of a premium patient experience. This is a hands-on creative role within a clinical environment — perfect for someone confident in filming, editing, and shaping a brand narrative with care.

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a clear social media content strategy
Capture and create high-quality video and visual content in-clinic
Manage posting, engagement, and community interaction
Ensure all content meets advertising and healthcare compliance guidelines
Analyse performance and optimise content for growth and enquiries

Skills & Experience
Proven social media management experience in a regulated or clinical setting
Strong content creation skills (video-first)
Confident working closely with clinicians and patient-facing teams
Professional, organised, brand-aware, and discreet

Working Pattern
2–3 days per week
On-site for content creation and collaboration
Flexible days
