We’re looking for a Talent & Brand Coordinator to join our Internal Recruitment team at Darwin Recruitment
.

You’ll work closely with our internal recruiter,
Dan
, helping showcase what it’s really like to work m promoting our culture and office life to sparking interest from people who might want to join us, you’ll play a big part in how we attract new talent.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy social media, like speaking to people, and want to build your own personal brand while learning how internal recruitment works.

• Represent Darwin’s voice across social media platforms
• Create and post content on Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and more
• Promote live roles, company culture, and day-to-day office life
• Carry out written outreach and engage with people on Linked In
• Respond to inbound interest and pass suitable leads to the internal recruiter
• Track engagement and support ongoing hiring campaigns
• Work with managers across the business to understand their teams and hiring needs

• Early in your career with an interest in people, brand, or recruitment
• Confident communicator with strong written skills
• Comfortable being visible on social media
• Organised, proactive, and happy supporting a senior recruiter
• Curious, creative, and keen to learn

No recruitment experience required – full training provided.

• Experience creating content or managing social media accounts
• Comfortable appearing in short‑form video content
• Interest in recruitment, employer branding, or content creation

• Over 20 years’ experience recruiting globally
• Top permanent consultants billing £350k+ per year
• Top contract consultants generating £20k GP per week
• 13+ consultants in the £1 million club, with two exceeding £3 million
• Offices in the UK, Amsterdam and South Africa
• A creative role where your ideas and initiative are genuinely encouraged
• Clear progression into Internal Recruitment or Talent & Brand roles
• Learn directly from an experienced internal recruiter
