Talent & Brand Coordinator

Billericay, Essex (Office-based – Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for a Talent & Brand Coordinator to join our Internal Recruitment team at Darwin Recruitment
. You’ll work closely with our internal recruiter, Dan, helping showcase what it’s really like to work m promoting our culture and office life to sparking interest from people who might want to join us, you’ll play a big part in how we attract new talent.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy social media, like speaking to people, and want to build your own personal brand while learning how internal recruitment works.

• Create and post content on Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and more 💻
• Promote live roles, company culture, and day-to-day office life 👥
• Carry out written outreach and engage with people on Linked In 👩🏻 💻
• Respond to inbound interest and pass suitable leads to the internal recruiter 📧
• Track engagement and support ongoing hiring campaigns 📈
• Work with managers across the business to understand their teams and hiring needs 🫱🏻 🫲🏻

• Early in your career with an interest in people, brand, or recruitment
• Confident communicator with strong written skills 🗣️
• Organised, proactive, and happy supporting a senior recruiter 📄
• Curious, creative, and keen to learn 💬

No recruitment experience required – full training provided.

• Experience creating content or managing social media accounts 🤳🏻
• Comfortable appearing in short‑form video content 📸

• Over 20 years’ experience recruiting globally 🌍
• Top permanent consultants billing £350k+ per year💲
• Top contract consultants generating £20k GP per week 💷
• 10+ consultants in the £1 million club, with two exceeding £3 million 🪙
• Offices in the UK, Amsterdam and South Africa 🌐
