Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturing business where your skills are valued and progression is genuine?

We are working with a well-established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support modern, high-volume production sites across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role in a business investing heavily in people, equipment, and future growth.

Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Carrying out pre-planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing equipment
• Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical environment
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days Only), offering an excellent work-life balance.

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive maintenance mindset
• Flexible, reliable, and keen to develop within a growing business

• £45,000 - £50,000 salary (dependent on experience)
